Microsoft Confirms Upcoming Xbox Series X Event

Microsoft unveiled their one of most anticipated and biggest Xbox Series X first party game show event, scheduled to kick off on 23rd July 2020. According to Microsoft, this event will serve as an opportunity to represent upcoming games and showcase their first-party lineup.  The line up consist of highly-awaited Halo : Infinite and other Xbox Studios titles that are yet unveil.

The Xbox Series X game show event will kick off at 9:30pm IST / 9am PDT on Thursday, July 23, Microsoft tweeted. Gamers can catch the live stream event on the Xbox website, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, or Twitter.

We can expect a proper gameplay reveal for Halo: Infinite, and to see other new and returning franchises from a range of Microsoft developers, including British team Playground Games and fresh Santa Monica studio The Initiative. However, it’s still unclear whether Xbox will showcase only first part lineup or we can expect third party titles too. It’s only a matter of time until we find it out ourself.

This is the second major Xbox Series X game show event. The first event displayed some amazing third party lineups – Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Dirt 5, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Madden NFL 21, space combat shooter Chorus, action game Scarlet Nexus, action FPS Bright Memory Infinite, adventure puzzle Call of the Sea, horror adventure Scorn, co-op shooter Second Extinction, solo/ co-op action RPG The Ascent, psychological horror The Medium, and action RPG Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2. But, this third party game presentation in may didn’t include extended demonstrations of the titles. Can we expect it too?

Xbox Series X first-party games showcase is scheduled to go down on July 23

Xbox Series X is set for late 2020 launch and features Halo Infinite as a launch game.  The game will release on Xbox One and PC, along with all the variants, supporting cross-platform gameplay. This is first time that game launches on all the platform at the same time.
