The new pubg mobile anti-cheat mechanism is called as “Safety Observation Period”. PUBG Mobile uses the AI to detect the suspected hackers and place them in an observation room. Developers will keep an eye and monitor the suspects in that period.
Players under “Safety Observation Period” will not match in an usual queue. They can only access certain game modes under it. Also, players will not earn any rewards or stats in this period.
If they catch the suspects using any third-party applications or cheat, their account will permanently ban for unfair behaviors. This is another major step to prevent hackers.
Tencent should really come up with something ASAP so that players gameplay won’t get affected because of such cheaters. Decrease in number of hackers will help create a better & playable environment in PUBG Mobile.
