The Last of Us Part II

The Last of Us Part II is an action-adventure game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4. Set five years after the events of The Last of Us (2013), players control 19-year-old Ellie, who comes into conflict with a mysterious cult in the post-apocalyptic United States. The Last of Us Part II is played from a third-person perspective. Players use firearms and improvised weapons and can use stealth to defend against hostile humans and cannibalistic creatures infected by a mutated strain of the Cordyceps fungus.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake

Final Fantasy VII Remake is an action role-playing game developed and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 4.Players control mercenary Cloud Strife as he and eco-terrorist group AVALANCHE battle the corrupt Shinra mega-corporation and the legendary soldier Sephiroth. The game-play combines real-time action similar to Dissidia Final Fantasy with other strategic elements. The game features an altered “Active Time Battle” (ATB) system from the original, which gradually fills up slowly, or can fill faster with attacks.

Doom Eternal

Doom Eternal is another fifth instalment in series after Doom (2016). Doom Eternal is an upcoming classic first-person shooter game developed by Bethesda Softworks. Doom Eternal is a squeal to Doom (2016) which puts us back in shoes of Doom slayer who has done with his job of wiping out the unsettling horror of Hell on the futuristic Mars. Doom Eternal will bring us back to earth to fight against demons in our journey to hell.

Ghost of Tsushima

Ghost of Tsushima is an action-adventure stealth game. Played from a third-person perspective, the game features a large open world without any waypoints and can be explored without guidance. It features an open world for players to explore, the game revolves around the last samurai on Tsushima Island during the first Mongol invasion of Japan in the 1270s. Players can travel to different parts of the game’s world quickly by riding a horse. An item that acts as a grappling hook will be available to access areas that are difficult to reach.

Death Stranding

Death Stranding is PS4 exclusive launched on 8th November 2019. The game follows a story of character name Sam who appears to work for an organisation called Bridges that try to reconnect isolated cities and a fragmented society. The game trailers show some promising scenes, high graphics and overall good gameplay.

Apex Legends

Apex Legends is a battle royale game developed by Respawn Entertainment .Its a free-to-play game released for Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game is currently in its third season with its fourth season due for a release date of February 4, 2020.The three-man squads land on an island before searching for weapons and supplies to then attempt to defeat all other players in combat. Each player must also keep moving to avoid being caught outside the play area. The final team alive wins the round. The game is set in the same sci-fi universe.

Marvel’s Spider-Man

Marvel’s Spider-Man is a 2018 action-adventure game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It is inspired by the long-running comic book mythology and adaptations in other media. The gameplay is presented from the third-person perspective with a primary focus on Spider-Man’s traversal and combat abilities. Spider-Man can freely move around New York City, interacting with characters, undertaking missions, and unlocking new gadgets and suits by progressing through the main story or completing tasks. Outside the story, the player is able to complete side missions to unlock additional content and collectable items.

God of War

God of War is an action-adventure game released on April 20, 2018, for the PlayStation 4 (PS4), it is the eighth instalment in the God of War series. This installment is rooted in Norse mythology, with the majority of it set in ancient Norway in the realm of Midgard. The player controls the character Kratos in combo-based combat and puzzle game elements. The gameplay is vastly different from previous games, as it was completely rebuilt. Don’t miss it.
