This news didn’t take much time to create an uproar on social media platforms. iOS users took the matter to official PUBGM handles on Twitter and Instagram instantly, reporting the issues. IOS users weren’t able to access PUBG mobile as it crashes every time they launched it.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds have millions of active users and enormous player base. Developers considered the matter seriously when approached by users.
They took it to their official handles on Twitter and Instagram, acknowledging and ensuring users that they are working to resolve the issues. Officials ensured they will solve the issue ASAP and wrote.
“Dear players, we are aware of the current problem encountered by iOS users. This issue is happening to multiple apps and games on the iOS platform and we are actively looking into solving it. Thank you for your patience!”
Other IOS apps too Faced same issues
Apparently, several other apps like Spotify, Tinder, Pinterest and more on iOS were reported crashing. iOS user weren’t able to access the apps and as the apps crash each time they are launched.
According to sources, it was believed that the crashes were being caused due a Facebook SDK issue. As most of these apps use Facebook to manage logins.
Facebook later confirmed on its developer platform that they’re aware of the issue. It is yet to announce whether they have fixed the issue. “We are aware and investigating an increase in errors on the iOS SDK which is causing some apps to crash,” Facebook wrote.
