Sony announced the price and release date of upcoming next-gen console PlayStation5. The most-awaited PS5 price and release date were announced on Thursday. Sony PlayStation 5 will cost $499, and the PS5 Digital Edition will cost $399. PlayStation 5 is marked as the biggest console ever in history.
Sony also revealed several accessories for next-gen PlayStation5 along with their price tag. PS5 will come with one DualSense controller, but if you have a friend and they want to join in, you will need a new one. Sony’s new DualSense controller will cost $69.99. It’s a $10 increase as compared to Dual Shock 4 for $59.99 MSRP.
If you want to enjoy backwards-compatible PS4 games on your PS5, you won’t need a Dual Sense controller – Dual Shock 4 will work fine.
Sony’s charging station, which can recharge two DualSense controllers at once, is set to cost $29.99.
The HD Camera with dual 1080p lenses allows streaming your PS5 gameplay without having to connect your console to a PC capture card. It costs $60. The Pulse 3D headset, which boasts support for 3D audio and a pair of noise-cancelling microphones is $100, while the PlayStation 5’s media remote will cost $30.
