March 2020 had tons of great games for PC and Console including Doom Eternal, Halo and Animal crossing. However, April also has a set of promising titles releasing for PC and consoles. Let’s have a look at games releasing this month.
April 2020 brings us two major releases with a top-tier classic game remakes, Final Fantasy 7 and Resident Evil 3. We also have an XCOM-style spin-off of the Gears of War franchise, Microsoft’s Gears Tactics releasing this month.
Resident Evil 3 is among the great games in the franchise, the remake version on this month on 3rd April 2020. Game features unique survival-horror experience with terrifying and surprising newcomers.
Two majors games yet of April are Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Gears Tactics.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is one of most anticipated game of 2020 released on April 10. It is is an upcoming action role-playing game developed and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 4.
Final fantasy VII remake plays the same story-line with same characters. The Game retells the story of the original Final Fantasy VII. Players control Cloud Strife, a former Shinra soldier who joins the AVALANCHE eco-terrorist group as a mercenary to fight the Shinra corporation, who have been draining the planet’s life energy. The game is a full remake, with fully polygonal graphics as opposed to the pre-rendered environments of the original.
Microsoft’s Gears Tactics is an XCOM-style turn-based tactical spin-off of the Gears of War franchise. The story takes place 12 years before the first game and details the exploits of a squad trying to survive the opening days of the Locust Horde invasion. Gears Tactics still looks to retain the fast-paced aggressive action the series is know for. Game will exclusively release on PC on April 28 and may launch on Xbox later this year or next.
